Brad Taylor is one my favorite espionage novelists

Since his first Pile Logan series novel was published less than seven years ago Brad Taylor has released 10 more novels and 6 novellas in the series. Taylor is not as good as Mark Greaney or Ben Coes (what living authors of espionage thrillers are?), but he is both prolific and terrific. Since Jennifer Cahill joined the Taskforce early on, the series should be called the Pike Logan and Jennifer Cahill series.

Set mostly in Nigeria where a Jihadist group has been supplied with a nuclear bomb by the Russians. It is up to Pike Logan and his team and friends from the Mossad he did not ask for or know he needed to resolve the issue. I thoroughly enjoyed Days of Rage which is Book 6 in the Pike Logan series.

After a narration fiasco with his first Pike Logan novel, Brad Taylor hit upon wonderful narrators. Taylor writes his novels in a combination of third person and first person (of Pike Logan). Henry Stozier does the third person narration and Rich Orlow does the Pike Logan first person narration. The combination of two male narrators works wonderfully.
