Hopi Indians believe it is their duty to dance in order to keep the world in balance. But with the recent Chilean earthquake, our axis has shifted, and our world is now off balance. Maybe Janet Lomayestewa, U.S. Customs tracker, ICE, needs to learn to dance if she is to find a serial killer and restore balance to the Earth, her reservation, and her own off-kilter love life.
"Bonds shows strength at developing the swiftly moving plot... An admirable effort that could sway Bonds' romance fans over to the thriller genre." (Kirkus Reviews)

a male fansatsy book
more respect shown for women
mispronounced rifled as riffled.
What the author has the heroine do in the first chapter I found disgusting and it didn't get much better after that. Not a believable character. Women don't think that way. It was more like some male's fantasy of what he thinks women are like. Native women in particular don't do some of the things the author had her do or think. A little more research would have been so much better.
