Andrews & Wilson wrote another WINNER!!
In book three of the Tier One series John Dempsey recruits former frog man Dan Munn who thought his former teammate previously known as Jack Kemper was dead. Munn, aka Doc for his surgical and trauma skills is initially angry at the deception but eventually gives in and joins Dempsey's very black ops team called Ember.
Following a terrorist attack on Director of National Security and his Israeli counterpart, Dempsey and his team are dispatched to Tehran to apprehend the person responsible. First they have to convince the Israelis to send one of their Mossad agents with Dempsey on what is basically a suicide mission. Once underway, Dempsey realizes that failure could be the beginning of another world war.
Brian Andrews and Jeffrey Wilson are a super writing team. Their style is easy to read/listen to and follow.
With Ray Porter's excellent narration, this is destined to be a hit.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book.

Ourstanding espionage thriller!
Crusader One is Book 3 in the Tier One series. The first two novels in the Tier One series earned 5 stars and Crusader One is just as good. Ray Porter, one of the elites, narrates all three of the novels in this series released to date. Porter is excellent with accents and his pacing is perfect.
I've been following the reviews of Audible listener Shelley since June 2015. This great series is one of many series and stand alone novels that her reviews have led me to. If you have interest in suspense mystery/thrillers including but not limited to espionage thrillers, police procedurals, modern detective or just no sub-genre suspense mystery/thrillers you should be following her. Also be sure to rate her reviews if they are helpful. She writes very worthwhile reviews.

Top Marks for Tier One
There are very few books that I don’t like, and once I find a good narrator I generally stick with then because I believe they know the kind of tales to which they are better suited to tell.
This third did just that although initially I felt the tale took a while to get going. But after a couple of chapters the teams were back in full flow.
So thanks to the author, narrator and Audible for another well presented book.
