As if that isn't enough to deal with, a mild mannered retired couple have shot an intruder during a home invasion. By the time this wild tale is finished, more blood will be shed and the good people of Big Lake will be left wondering just how well they really know their neighbors. Many of the characters that made the first two books in the Big Lake book such a hit are back, along with some new ones listeners will remember for a long time.

Big Lake rocks!
Mysteries are a favorite of mine and this one entertained me and got me thinking about the 'who done it. Great read.

Didn't see it coming!!!
The one liners, zingers, and dialogue enhanced my listening experience greatly. and it had me
chuckling frequently. Finally, the council doesn't biw down to the mayor, Chet!!! Kudos. My heart went out to Wyatt, and I empathized with him.
Carl and Abby were a wild couple !!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job with voices and expressions.
