Publisher's Summary

Number-One International Best Seller
When a former student bungles a murder investigation, clinical psychologist Joseph O'Loughlin steps in to face a ruthless killer.
A mother and her teenage daughter are found murdered in a remote coastal home, one defiled by multiple stab wounds and the other posed like Sleeping Beauty waiting for her prince. Joe O'Loughlin is drawn into the investigation when a former student, trading on Joe's reputation by calling himself "the Mindhunter", jeopardizes the police inquiry by leaking details to the media and stirring up public anger.
Joe discovers a link between the farmhouse murders and a series of vicious attacks in which the victims are choked unconscious and brutally scarred. Now Joe must stop a ruthless and brash criminal who has apparently graduated to murder.
Much to his surprise, he is ably assisted by his eldest daughter, now a keen and courageous observer in her own right. Together they must track and catch a hunter who seems to anticipate every move they make.

Not Bad, but

Not the best book in the series, but readable... The story takes a bit to get going and has a very somber mood throughout... The mystery's a good brain teaser and really ramps up at the end, but it takes a while to grab you... Underlying is the personal/reconciliation issues in counterpoint which feel disjointed... The ending of the book is highly emotional and things do get pretty dusty... I think some of my awesomeness leaked out;). The narration is superb and makes it a better read than would have been in print/digital format... Worth a credit, but barely...

It's not as it seems, it's porn in a different wra

You mystery thriller and sexually explicit don't come under the same classification.
The book is mainly about perverted sex, pedephiles, and the possible connections through arm chair psychology.
Waste of a credit...waste of time. And a wasted effort in my opinion....but I have been wrong before,,,no not this time....its just trashy
