Good but not the best in the series
Another fun cozy mystery set at the guesthouse. A few new characters join the existing cast for another case. Similar to past cases Alison reluctantly joins the case and brings along her group with some funny consequences. Well written and plotted out, the only thing I think this missed (other than the summer beach theme) is it was a bit lacking in some of the witty banter what was present in the first couple books. Otherwise it was a lot of fun.
Ms. Ronconi does a great job with the book and really brings the characters to life!

Love books.
This one is a little slower then the others and could have been shorten a bit. But over all I like it and the evolving story lines.

Surprisingly fascinating story after slow start
It took me a while to be absorbed by the narrative and characters in this book bought on special offer. In the end I found it enjoyable though it's not the type of story I would normally pick.

Uninspired whodunit saved by great narration.
Pros:
Amanda Ronconi. Enjoyable narration as usual. She saves this from being returned.
Funny at times.
Cons:
The story. Uninspired whodunit plot that goes nowhere and everywhere at the same time.
The snow plow guy...
The least enjoyable book in the series so far.
