I’m biased

I’m a big fan of all of the Brad Thor Scott Harvath novels. This one had more of an Indiana Jones bent and was more fantastical as a result, but still an interesting mystery and narrative.

Outstanding Story - Difficult to not go from chapter to chapter

The author crafted his best work yet. Believable storyline with one the very best narrators in the business. I just wish I was thirty years younger, take what I know now, and could conjure up such informative, well researched books as “Blowback.”

In my opinion, Brad Thor is on par with authors Clancy, Coes, Flynn and Mills.

Great novel I like original narrator

I thoroughly enjoy the series, but I do believe the original narrator did a better job

Done because of George’s voice

I enjoy the story line, but I’m done. George Guidall’s voice is not easy to listen to.

Improving

I am reading this series in order. I have enjoyed all I have read. I am finding the flow of the story improves with each book.

Great Book and not woke

Moves fast, well written and very good story. Very believable. Takes you across the world on a series of adventures

Pretty good, but could be better

The performance was great as usual. The storyline was okay, but could be better. Immediately, you knew that the main character will be fighting two wars: personal life vs career and the terrorist attacks vs political agendas. The second war illustrated the traditional greed for political success regardless of the cost which was the prevention of terrorist attacks. The first war was a mini life crisis that still was not resolved, therefore, one already knows how the next book will feature. There were some twist and roller-coaster, but only to help you stay interested to at least finish the chapter.

One of the best in the series

This really was one of the better stories. Not as complicated plot. Really enjoyed it

Good story. it did become as little slow at times and I struggled to stay involved.
