I'm a Jo Spain fan but ....

What made the experience of listening to Beneath the Surface the most enjoyable?

I loved the story and am a big Jo Spain fan so I bought the book even after reading the reviews about the poor narration. I have to agree. It was hard to differentiate between the characters and the gap in sentences spoiled the flow.Sorry to Brian Tynan but I'm glad Aoife McMahon is reading Book 3.

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Brian Tynan?

Aoife McMahon

Any additional comments?

Maybe I'm wrong but I believe that instead of saying Aidan Blake at one stage, the narrator said Aidan Quinn.

A good plot ruined by stilted wooden narration

The narration was irritating, stopping dead in the midst of phrases. Voices of characters inconsistent.
