Smart Mystery

Hill writes with depth and clarity. His characters come alive because of his ability to describe multi-facet personalities. His mysteries are complex, well written and in the end, satisfying.

Good story, great reader - what more can you ask for? I wish it had lasted longer. While the case being investigated is disturbing, the writing is so good that I laughed out loud in a couple of places. If only all audiobooks were so enjoyable.

Interesting story and a great narrator

What did you like most about A Pinch of Snuff?

Very easy to listen to.

Have you listened to any of Colin Buchanan’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I've listened to several books narrated by Colin Buchanan and he is consistently good. I really like his narration style, he doesn't intrude into the story and acts all the different characters well. I am particularly impressed that he manages to act the parts of female characters believably - a rare talent.
