Great for Adult Learner

I thought this program was great for me. I listened to it in my car several times and will listen to it again. It is helping me reinforce, among other things, names of colors in French. I like the fact that it has a story and vocabulary sections.
Other critiques have said it isn't good for children as a stand-along audio program, which may be true, but for me, it's great.

Not at all happy with this purchase

This audio file was meant to accompany a children's picture book and is quite useless without it. I regret that I did not pay attention to the other reviews.

Not a stand-alone audio book

A poor learning tool. The story is entirely in French followed by a French-English "dictionary." The listener is intended to follow along in an accompanying book which is referred to by the narrator. Without the book, a child who isn't already familiar with the grammar and vocabulary they are meant to be learning will get little out of it.

Not very good

I bought this to work with my young son. I thought this would be fun to do together. The audio keeps referring to pictures in the book (downloadable) but it is merely a Word document with no pictures. He was very disappointed. We ended up going to Barnes and Noble to purchase one.
