Perfect for Non-Native Speaking Parents

What made the experience of listening to Lightning-Fast French for Kids and Families the most enjoyable?

This is THE ONLY lesson in french that addresses the parent's need to learn french along with teaching their children. Basically, this lesson has you follow and teach exactly as if you were a native speaker teaching their children to understand your native language. You taught your children English when they were a toddler. This lesson guides you how to do that again using both French and English.

What does Anna Manikowska bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Having the audio to guide me allowed me to get into her shoes (as a parent) and visualize her interactions with her children. Personally, having a visual automatically projected into my mind, allows me to remember things more easily when I'm ready to begin the interaction with my child.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes.

Any additional comments?

Would love to have more! More more more.
Also, might be wonderful to have similar audio available which targets the child and what basic things they might need to say to new people they meet, to their parents, to their teacher. I have found most audio for kids have way too much musical interruptions and not enough repetition for them. I've also noticed a huge gap in the french lessons or computer apps available. Most either teach toddler basics covering letters, numbers, fruit, body parts etc but then I found nothing available for the little 5 & 6 year olds who are newly understanding how to make sentences, learning to read/write and how to remember.
My daughter attends a francophone school but has gotten behind in her comprehension when listening. She is not constantly being told what the french words mean and most of the teachers speak too fast. She will memorize french songs but not know what any of it means. Her school offers no tutoring or any additional support. Therefore I search for computer apps and audio to assist her.
