A Fine, but Flawed Product--

Tigger Comes to the Forest is a charming, delightful, perfect dramatization of part of The House at Pooh Corner with famous, savory British actors. Unfortunately it has a big flaw. Its advertised chapters, or stories, are as follows:

Story 1: In which a house is built at Pooh Corner for Eeyore.
Story 2: In which Tigger comes to the forest and has breakfast.
Story 3: In which Tigger is unbounced.
Story 4: In which Eeyore finds the Wolery and Owl moves into it.
Story 5: In which Christopher Robin and Pooh come to an enchanted place.

But its actual chapters are as follows:

1. In Which a House Is Built at Pooh Corner
2. In Which Tigger Comes to the Forest
3. In Which a Search is Organidized (25:13)
4. In Which It Is Shown that Tiggers Don't Climb Trees (38:10)
5. In Which Rabbit Has a Busy Day (52:55)

Chapters 3, 4, and 5, then, are not as advertised; in fact, they are repeated from the "companion" part of The House at Pooh Corner audiobook, Pooh Invents a New Game, where they are chapters 4, 3, and 1.

Thus, if you buy this book and Pooh Invents a New Game, you will not get a full House at Pooh Corner with all ten different chapters. Furthermore, the "full" audiobook dramatization of The House at Pooh Corner does a similar thing, deleting three chapters and repeating three others, so that three chapters are missing. I have communicated these problems to audible, but I don't know if they'll be able to get correct versions of The House at Pooh Corner and Tigger Comes to the Forest or not.

To summarize, the full Winnie the Pooh dramatization and half of Pooh Corner (Pooh Invents a new Game) are wonderful and complete and well-worth their price, but the full House at Pooh Corner and part of House at Pooh Corner (Tigger Comes to the Forest) are both missing three chapters that are replaced with other repeated chapters.

My daughter loves when Eeyore takes Tigger home for thistles. Tigger thinks the bees are very hot!

Winnie-the-who?

The audio quality was very bad. I would not recommend this to anyone. I had a very unhappy todler on my hands as it wasn't 'Audible' at all.

A wonderful dramatization of Pooh and his friends!

This performance is soooo perfect! A perfect listening experience . . . delightful - for an adult or a child. As an adult who has read "The Zen of Pooh" multiple times, this book does not disappoint!
