A rebellious princess flips convention on its ear; she'll rescue the prince from the dragon. And, though she's the very best fencer in the land, she might just keep the dragon as her friend, too. English author Edith Nesbit wrote a great many children's stories around the turn of the 20th century, influencing writers like C. S. Lewis and J. K. Rowling. Voiceover artist Emma Gregory brings broad experience to her performance. Her airy voice is fun and luxurious. Her characters come to life with distinctive speech patterns and silly accents. Little princesses at home ought to see how much thinking outside the box can accomplish.

Such a sweet, fun story!<br />
It was beautifully read and we all enjoyed it immensely. Edith Nesbit had never failed to enthrall and bring a smile.
