Didn’t quite get it this time
Although this book had some good parts, Barbara Robinson didn’t quite “nail it” in this book. It just wasn’t as great as her other two! The essence of the Herdmans etc...was missing. Too bad. But still a cute story!

Forgot about the Herdmans!
This brings back so many memories from 40 years ago! My 3rd grade teacher read us the Christmas Pageant story and then followed up with the other 2 books! I also love the narrator! I adored her as an actor and now I'm looking for anything else she may narrate! I listen to these stories while cleaning the house and get done in no time!
