interesting

it was a very imaginative tale delving deeper into the lives of the genie comparatively I would say it is to genies what Harry Potter has become to the wizarding community

One of My Favorite Books

It's quite exciting and enthralling. I can't wait till audible gets the next book. When there's not excitment, there's always something interesting.

Fun and Satisfying

I've seen this title on the shelves for years, but I always had so many others to read. In looking for an audible (sometimes I want someone else to read to me), I stumbled across the Children of the Lamp series again. I downloaded this first one and was delighted. It had just enough adventure, history, mystery, and fantasy to satisfy my literary appetite. Ron Keith did an awesome job of narrating. He has a whimsical style to his reading that made even the most mundane sentences fun to hear. I look forward to listening to the next book of the series.

hook your kids on audiobooks with this series

this is a great story to hook even a reluctant child on a car trip. the story doesn't talk down to children, but includes a few icky bits that keep kids entertained.

nice light mystery with a lot of good and bad character traits mixed to differing results.

as an adult I find these a nice escape into a kind and dangerous world.

This has always been my favorite book.

This has been my favorite book for the past 10 years. it's crazy when they say a book chooses you because this articular one has definitely chose me. Having the narrator read it makes it so much more alive. I hope sometime soon they will add the extra series to Audible.
