Taking place in 1854, Kirsten’s stories follow the young Swedish immigrant and her family as they attempt to start a new life on a farm in frontier Minnesota. Awesome!!!!!!

This book is one of my favs!!! If you love American girl dolls of their stories, I would recommend this book. It is one of the best American girl stories written. I will say that some parts are weird because Kirsten lies or gets no punishment for things she did, but over all the book is great!!!!!😀

Love the book, narration was ok

I've always loved the American Girl books, and it's delightful to now share them with my children. I love having them as audio books, especially for my son who is still a beginner reader but loves stories like these. The narrator's voice quality was not my favorite, and her reading was a bit unenthusiastic as well.
