I should have checked with friends to see just who has written a first class biography. KK has written a sketchy gloss job, a few fascinating facts being embellished to give the impression of insight. It serves as a briefing but a complete lack of thoroughness left me empty.

In addition, and here I go again, the reader's voice is laborious. Someone has told her to pronounce every syllable and the result is a monotonous cadence that further drowns any hope of an enlightening listening experience.
