Publisher's Summary

Enjoy these classic stories about animals! Curious George Rides a Bike: Fans of the ingenious little monkey will not be disappointed as he embarks on a wild series of adventures in a traveling circus.
The Little Red Hen: An industrious, hardworking hen teaches her friends a thing or two about helping out in this classic story.
14 Rats and a Rat Catcher: What happens when a nice, or nasty, old woman calls on a rat catcher to catch a nasty, or nice, family of rats living below her floor? Even a rat catcher knows there can be more than one side to every story. So...up he comes with the best possible solution.
How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight?: Few words pack a lot of punch in this delightful story about bedtime rituals. There will be no pouting or shouting or moping or moaning when the lights go out, because dinosaur kids everywhere will want to hear this production again and again.

uneven quality

What did you like best about Curious George Rides a Bike, The Little Red Hen, 14 Rats and a Rat Catcher, and more? What did you like least?

The stories were mostly good and my 3yo son enjoyed them. 14 rats is a strange story - there may be something missing, but it starts off with one scenario and then abruptly shifts to a different setting. The quality of the readings varies - 14 rats sounds like it was recorded in the 30s. Curious George is done well enough, as is the Dinosaur story, but the Red Hen also sounds quite old fashioned.

Worth the money

For the money, you can't go wrong with this one. The narration, background music, etc., are all excellent. Other Curious George titles are pricey, which is why I chose this one. My 3-year-old likes the other stories as well.
