Simple and fast

I like that this book is very clear and easy to understand. He goes to the point and helps you understand that you can do it but you need to work for it. It definitely motivate me and inspired me to keep working on my goals.

Good sound advice

Weight loss Motivation Hacks is simplicity at it's best. Simple changes bring around long lasting habits. This audio book is read clearly and easy to understand. Just like all of Derek's books good sound advice that only works if you apply it.
Simply a must read if you have struggled with bad habits.

great info

this audiobook was very easy to understand and follow make sure you take notes and read them each week I think the best thing I got out of this was that I need to remember to ask myself every day can I just.

Excellent Hacks

Derek provides concise and doable actions that anyone can perform to jumpstart or improve their journey to better health. Even if you only utilize one hack the book is worth it and it's a short audio.
