Publisher's summary

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has always been associated to children's developmental problems. However, in the US alone, WebMD.com states that there are about 8,000,000 adults with this problem. Some of them still remain undiagnosed and thus, untreated.

The onset of Adult ADHD may have started off in childhood. About 60 percent of children with ADHD bring the symptoms into adulthood. In some cases symptoms only manifest during adulthood. Or it may be that the symptoms were never diagnosed during the childhood years. Listen to this book to learn more.

Duh?

Most of the information in this is fairly obvious. Get diagnosed, see a professional, etc. I was hoping for something a little more inspired.

I wish people without ADHD would read this. Life is hard for me and I don't know how not to be me. This book explains ADHD and treatments.

rip off

this book cost me one credit and it's not even worth anything in my opinion. have Siri read you the Wikipedia information on this subject and you'll get more out of it.

Waste of Time & money

This book will only be helpful if you're learning about adhd for the 1st time. nothing in this book for anyone who already know the basics of adhd.

Good quick summary of adhd and how to manage it

The only place the author was mistaken is that he says adhd medications are usually only needed for a couple of months. I don’t know where he got that info, but I’m certain it’s not correct. Other than that, very well done and easy to understand.

Pretty degrading not useful or correct

A lot of the info is out of date and basically say we suck at everything dosnt seem to know there are reasons why and actually need to have a system saying just do the dishes every day distant work you need paper plates or a dishwasher or like a one set rule
