I thought this book was very informative and cutout a lot of the junk that is in books of this genre which are there simply to plump up the page count. Also, the accompanying PDF is awesome. I like the exercise plans all laid out with pictures and instructions. The book is read by the author which helps for emphasis in just the correct spots. I give this a big thumbs up for anyone looking to drop some belly fat!

I originally looked at this as a diet; a quick and easy way to prep for a friend's wedding. However, only a few chapters in and I realized I was committing to a lifestyle change. My relationship with food has drastically improved over the past few weeks on this program. I eat more veggies (the kind that don't cause me to bloat and fill up like a balloon) and I have a deeper appreciation for what I intake. Cutting out dairy and sugar was tough, but I've adapted to a life without cheese and coffee creamer. Highly recommend this one!!!

The book seems great and is well presented but there is no pdf despite being promised that it would appear in my library. The author refers to it throughout the book. Hey Audible, where is the reference material?
