Love the detail!

I am very interested in everything about health and aging in this book. I've come across a lot of it here and there, but not all of it, and it's great to have it all in one place. It seems like the type of book where having the paper copy too would help since you'd want to look back at information and if you want to follow the weekly protocol

Some Good info - narration irritating/ Author clearly has issues of self hate

If you have body dysphoria or any anxiety about getting older- this book will be very triggering. The author has issues with self love and acceptance and everything she writes about is tinged with this self loathing. Buyer beware.
