The format from Audible is a single monolithic file - useless for tailoring a practice as intended. Buy the CD, rip it into seperate tracks. The publishers did no one any favors formatting this work as they did.

love this book, really nice speed and all options included, harder than i thought it would be for an audiobook, great for travel, nice music in the background, shivas awesome! recommend for sure x

I own the CD version of this; its fantastic. This also means I know that the order of the tracks is not correct on this audible version. As it is on audible I can't really jump tracks easily, nor can I make a play list, eg to separate sun and moon salutations.
The audio version has a nice poster to confirm poses.
Please get the track order corrected and consider moving this to Amazon music.
