Thanks to the author for presenting such a great book. I would like to suggest it for all.
it's good to throw in your gym bag to find a quick workout idea, but otherwise, I would say just to find a few Workouts gyms you like and check their websites for the workout of the day.
Love it! No diet log includes enough room for my calorie counting or interval training, but this one comes the closest. I just use the extra weight training lines for my calories and interval training. Just like with a workout, you'll get out of your exercise/diet log what you put into it.
