Nothing new

No unusual ideas, very boring. The narrator was uninspiring. I was hoping to get some motivation from this but it made me want to eat a chocolate bar!!

Motivated and transformed for good!

This is the type of audio book every men and women must have. All the great information and the motivation needed for diet and weight loss is all here. Helpful for me and my husband too. We both love the book of Kira Novac. Excellent author for health and wellness.

Definitely a must have!

Where does Weight Loss Motivation for Men and Women, Volume 1 rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is the first audiobook that talks about weight loss motivation I have read and I consider it to always stay on top because the satisfaction is there and there doesn't seem to be a need for another motivation book after this one.

Wendell Wadsworth is like a psychologist as he determines, explains and resorts to a good motivational talk.

It just actually opened my eyes to "what is" and "what has" when it comes to weight loss and how you could overcome the second thoughts of getting it done.

Fat is no ugly

as a father of three beautiful women I had a hard time with the implication that if you are overweight you are counted as ugly. I'm struggling to listen to the rest of the book to find something usable but I cannot get past the fact that just because a person has extra pounds on them does that make them the subject of ridicule. I was hoping to be able to read this book and send it on to my daughters to help motivate them but I've decided not to.
