I works and that what matters

Dieting for weight loss is not easy but with this new way of weight loss program where this audible guided me through motivation and reprogramming my brain with new eating habits that can change permanently was really great. It works though I still can't fully understand how. Nevertheless, it works so that's what matters to me.
