I listened to the audiobook which Hendry narrated. She did a fabulous job. I'll probably listen to this again.
The book follows her journey to overcome her tendency to binge eat. As someone who's been dieting for nearly half a century, I was sympathetic to many of the things she's dealt with. She shared what she's learned through experience and study (citing reliable sources).
I like her philosophy and the relative ease of the plan she uses. Like her, I'm really busy. I don't have a lot of time for complicated processes. If it's too difficult, it ain't happening. I'm looking forward to giving this a try.

What made the experience of listening to W.A.I.T.loss the most enjoyable?
Wendy Henry has a very pleasant voice unlike most the audible books that sound computer generated.

Wendy! She's such an inspiration!
What does Wendy Hendry bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
This book is very easy to listen to and very interesting! She has helped me in so many ways change my eating patterns and the way I see food in general

I finally found a diet book that has not been padded with pages (or listening time) of scientific information that is incomprehensible unless you have a degree in medicine. This is a wonderful book in that the ideas are clear and the narrator is the author, which means she is quite passionate about helping others. I have read many books on health and eating and the info is often repeated and sometimes conflicting. WAITloss is clear, simple and easy. I will be reading it again as it is quite short in comparison to others book of this type. Thanks you Wendy!!!!!!!!!!!!
