Pleasantly surprised.

I struggled in the begining with the narrator's voice but I actually got used it, especially since it's a short book. It did contain useful information for Vegans which surprised me due to the author not being a Vegan. The best part for me were the recipe ideas. There were quite a few I had never thought of being I'm new to Vegan Keto. The recipe ingredients also gave me other ideas of how to use these whole foods in different ways.

Great overview of keto, fasting, nutrition and veganism

I would be hard-pressed to find a source that provides an overview - and discusses the intersection- of nutritional ketosis, fasting, intermittent fasting, various “superfood” supplements, and the health cautions of a purely vegan diet. There is some hatorade in the other comments for the author/narrator’s performance, but I found it fine, got used to it after a few minutes. He’s no James earl jones, but he gets the job done. Highly recommend if you are looking for a survey/overview of all of these topics.
