Excelllent and super yummy recipes!
This is our first cookbook since going vegan and the recipes are so delicious. I thought it was going to be difficult to cook vegan meals but this book takes out all the doubt and worry that I had about the vegan lifestyle. Excellent book for beginners and advanced! Great tasting food that doesn't have to take hours to make.

Great book for vegan beginners like me
This book gets right to the point, easy to understand, and uncomplicated which is exactly what I was looking for. I don't want to spend my life in the kitchen so I found the recipes pretty simple to make, without a ton of ingredients. I look forward to making many of them. A great book to kick off a vegan lifestyle.
