this book had virtually 0 info on any actual protein or protein synthesis and the driving point behind the book was painfully non descriptive. it was essentially a book to bash meat eaters while providing as little info as possible about amino acids etc

I got the impression that the author of this book is a staunch Vegan and anything that comes from animals is Taboo. I bought it to understand protein, not get a lecture of how horrible animal food is for you. Very disappointed in this book.
