Good Pilates work out

Apart from the poor sound quality which is an trademark of all Iamplify workouts, this is a very nice pilates workout. Good and clear instructions are given with modifications and the whole work out is very clear and entertaining, I would take this with me when travelling. I don't think it's very wel suited for beginners though, because I feel it is neccesairy to know the poses you are doing in order to to them correctly or decide on a modification.
