When you know what to do, but lack motivation

The book was informative and enjoyable. Everyone knows adding clean eating and exercise to our lifestyles will reap emotional and physical benefits now and in the future. This energetic book is for people like me who have been floundering around with half attempts to starting a healthy lifestyle but lack the BIG WHY and commitment to follow our healthy lifestyle dreams. The book was very to the point and I will listen and remotivate myself as needed.

After starting the book I realized I have already been following this gentleman on social media and this condensed version of his motivational message is one if the sparks that will keep my inner flame for fitness going. I will be purchasing this book for friends.

Great motivational book

Really enjoyed this book as I'm in a place in my life where I need to either choose to live lean or give up. I choose to live lean. I did hope to actually learn more about what Brad is doing in the book but I guess he has other programs I plan on getting.
