beginner's poses

Just learned the breathing control along with the beginner’s poses. Got the free access to the photos of the yoga poses included in this audiobook. Thanks Charice! I never had fun doing yoga until now!

Helped my wife.

I bought this for my wife, to help her with her yoga routine. She told me that it really helped her workout. I think this is a great book if you’re just starting out with yoga, and want to create your own practice.

Accurate!!!

It’s surprising how this activity can be calming! I think Charice Kiernan has described each poses accurately. The breathing techniques can be challenging, but since it’s one of the vital elements in yoga, I plan to practice on it day by day.

Just what I need!

This book made a perfect timing. Felt so burned out after several travels I made concerning work and I thought of yoga to wind down. It’s totally-free and easy to follow. Plus, this book has been helping me since my first day. I didn’t even feel awkward as I was able to follow the poses right in a jiffy. What more can I ask for?
