Lots of pading. Needs editing.

I don't think this audio book was listened to before it was published. The narrator is fine, but there are problems with the recording. It repeats itself in many places. In one area, it gets halfway through the chapter, then just starts the chapter over from the beginning. The player didn't start it over. That's how it was recorded. It's a little weird that the writer is a woman and the reader is a man. Sometimes he would read passages such as, "mothers like us", but that's minor. It was a little noticeable when the author would say things like "vitamin E is good for women cause it helps their skin." Yeah, well, it's good for men and women. It felt a little geared toward women only at times when it didn't have to.

It starts off talking about juicing, but then it goes into eating a proper diet and food combinations that have nothing to do with juicing. She lists a lot of "wrong" food combinations, like peanut butter and jelly, but doesn't say what good ones are. And what does that have to do with juicing?

I'm giving it 2 stars for the content about juicers and how to decide which one to buy. The rest seemed like fluff to me.
