Not a good audio book
This book has a lot of really good information but it is not a good choice for an audio book since they do not provide all of the tapping scripts separately either as a mP3 or as a document. You will need to go back to them over and over in order to get the results and trying to find them in the book is difficult.
I would probably not listen but i would buy the books or kindle edition
Maybe if the whisper sync was available this might work better

Every Woman should listen to this book....It helped me realize why a lot of my thought patterns are what they are. Jessica has a fantastic speaking voice. I Loved This!!!!
