Not as bad as the other review suggested!
This is a very short but inspirational audiobook about Tae Bo's history. It provides Billy's famous inspiration and has a pretty sizeable frequently asked questions part all about Tae Bo! I would recommend this to any tae bo fan or practitioner!

False Advertising
Mistakenly I thought that this 3 hr long audio would actually guide me through a session of tae bo. No - it's just 3 hours of where tae bo came from and how great it is. Fantastic! But why do I need to know how good it is if you aren't going to tell me how to do it? The write up really needs to tell customers what it is they're buying. Or in this case, not buying. Extremely disappointing.
