Wait to purchase until .pfd is available
This is a very quick and enjoyable listen with some good ideas BUT most tenets about this plan are not available because the accompanying stretching images, recipes, shopping lists are not available when you buy the audiobook. I emailed audibles but haven't received notice that the pdf is available. You will need the .pdf to make use and actually know the recipes for this plan.

A great read/listen!
For all those wondering where the PDF they keep referring to is, you can access it on the Audible website under My Books. That's where I found it!
This is a great, short, read. It breaks down the science of the human body in ways that aren't too complicated or hard to understand. As for the recipes and stretches, I can't comment on them yet as I have yet to try any, but I am very inspired and can't wait!
