I'm a CBT-based sleep coach and I read pretty much any sleep books that comes my way, and this is my new favorite!! Dr. Winter in funny and engaging, and a great narrator. Additionally, I really appreciated his approach, which emphasizes a take-the-pressure-off style, and even offers some ideas I hadn't heard before. I think this book offers advice and options that can help even the most well-read poor sleepers out there.

I've read so many articles, blogs, and websites that claimed to have the answer to my sleep issues. Unfortunately most of this information is generic and doesn't take into account the myriad number of factors that could be causing sleep disturbances. Dr Winter dispels myths, presents facts and guides you through the process of discovering your particular personal issues. He has compiled a thorough, useful reference and reads it in a pleasant and engaging manner. While his voice won't put you to sleep, many of his methods just might!
