Ok Read, Abridged

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Yes. I also bought the e-book for this title, and the audiobook helped me speed through the first part--the explanation of the rules.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Skinny Rules?

nothing was exceptionally memorable.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Bob Harper?

I suppose. Bob is great on TV being himself, but when he reads an audiobook, it sounds like he's READING. Very stiff.

Could you see The Skinny Rules being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

Any additional comments?

This audiobook is best used IN CONJUNCTION WITH the book itself. It doesn't include any of the menus or recipes, which is essentially the follow-through of the rules. I found it helpful to listen to the audiobook to get through the Rules quickly to move on to the How To part.

Great info but Way too abridged

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Yes, I'd recommend for the content, but I'm disappointed that so many of the tips and other info in the print book was not included. There was no .pdf with any recipes. Now I need to buy the print book, too.

Did Bob Harper do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Did The Skinny Rules inspire you to do anything?

Yes, I'll be following several of these rules
