Extremely Helpful

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would, the book is great, the audiobook is even better. It's like having a personal trainer right there with you.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Secrets of Super Strength?

The detailed instructions on some of the exercises

What does Steve Ryan bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

For some reason, hearing him saying the words resonated with me, versus me just reading the book.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It did kind of make me laugh, I don't think that was the intent of the book though. I laughed because the narrator sounded he was like being assertive and stern with me. I know that sound silly, but I'm the kind of person that needs motivation and this helped to motivate me.
