Recommended for those of us who are “not built for running” as someone once told me. (Nothing like laying down the gauntlet so I could prove them wrong).
The book is full of honesty, humour and helpful ideas.
The one downside of audio though is you don’t get recipes or plans in a paper format to follow, which makes doing so rather difficult at times.
That said, I prefer that I can ‘read’ while I run, walk or just chill out, to give my eyes a rest from their constant daily use.
