I enjoy this book because it discusses a concise, well-researched diet that uses foods I already buy on a weekly basis and focuses more on natural foods such as fruits, nuts, and veggies. While I was reading, I also found some good tips on what I am doing right now in my "diet" that probably isn't the best for my bodies, such as eating less red meat and more low-fat milk. This book gives a breakdown of the science and benefits of the diet, but the exceptional thing is the list of recipes and the helpful shopping guide. Strongly recommended.

This Mediterranean diet book is a truly useful one. I have a goal to lose 5 kilograms within this month, and I believe that this book would help me with my goal. To be honest, it is hard for me to eat only healthy food, but Mediterranean recipes from this cookbook are very tasty and they are easy to cook, so I think this is a great book
