What made the experience of listening to The Mediterranean Diet: Lose Weight, Be Happy the most enjoyable?

very surprised by the science insights about telomeres. That's not frequent a diet book focuses on these issues


Who was your favorite character and why?

The idea of combining travels and dishes is not brand new, but made me want to travel through ancient mediterranean culture...


What about Ginger Walton’s performance did you like?

The narrator has a gentle, delicate but strong voice

A complete, different way to look at a diet

I loved this book. It's different! Not only it's very good in order to discover a new way to look about diets, to feel better, look better, and lose weight; but it's a lovely, nice listening, full of scientific informations clearly explained, a plan for a diet which really fits for me, and very useful tips for everyday eating and living.
But what I liked a lot about this book is that it is inspiring...a trip into beauty, health and happiness; a trip thorought wonderful Mediterranean countries. Can't wait to try the simple, delicious recipes, and lose weight eating real foods! Worth it.
