Great audio book that discusses healthy living

I really enjoyed this book. The reader was great. There are some drawbacks in having this information in audiobook form (have both the audio and kindle book). The best part of having audio book is that you can get this information on the go. I use the audiobook (which I've listened to sections a couple of times) to remind myself of what I'm working on with my health and eating. Great resource!

after reading all the literature the information in this book was exactly what I needed to know to start losing more weight on the McDougall program!
