Great audio book for those with Hashimoto's disease. Very informative and helpful guide on how to change your diet and start living healthier. Since I am on this diet I feel much more energetic and less depressed. Also the joint pain is gone. If you want to stop relying on medications to control Hashimoto's symptoms, this diet is perfect for you. It is very easy to follow and more importantly, it works. I highly recommend this audio book!
