Amazing approach

I've been eating less, not wanting at all to continue eating beyond my body's feeling full or comfortable (no willpower involved- just doing what I want to do.) although this approach helps working through underlying circumstances leading to what's activating your fat programs (as Jon Gabriel calls it), merely being aware of what's occurring physiologically, using visualizations, including the night time weight loss audio from the website, I'm losing weight and feeling more alive. I have not spent the time yet to take full use of the program, but it's working even preliminarily with the eye opening knowledge, actively trying to turn on fat burning, taking advantage of "smart mode" and using visualizations. I have no financial gain from this review. I've listened to at least 50 audiobooks here and I think this is my second review. Hope it's helpful.

Excellent read/listen

great book. moves along quickly but provides plenty of information. I believe Jon Gabriel has finally hit the nail on the head for obesity. All this while we have been blaming our lazy undisciplined selves and our forks when it has been in our heads all along.
