What I got out of this was critical knowledge for implementing and sustaining a healthy life style. The Final Edge places equal importance on strength and cardio training programs and most importantly the often overlooked nutritional balance and maintenance aspect.
I always thought my personal program was the best because I had honed it for years...NOT! After taking in all of what I learned in this audio presentation, I immediately adjusted the time, duration and intensity of my exercise activities and optimized my nutritional intake.
Now that I understand the HOW - WHAT-WHERE-WHEN and "WHY" and executed what I learned, my metabolism has increased to burn more calories with greater performance and better results. I strongly recommend completing the worksheets for personalizing your wellness guidelines.
Most importantly.....I AM HAVING FUN.
