not worth 4$

The first 45 minutes of the book is something you can acquire from a google search. The last half of the book is just recipes and recipes are pointless in an audio book.

Great Resource, good recipes

Great read. Good starting point for a person new to IBS. Great recipes but the last recipe goes from talking about a lemon tart to another recipe. The lemon tart recipe is complete. And that’s the only error I saw. The rest are good.
