There are many reasons why people go vegan. It could be a result of a dietary preference, an environmental concern, or a religious belief. Whatever your reasons, there are many health benefits to going vegan. This book helps you make gradual changes. Once you do away with meat, you can begin to give up eggs, cheese, and dairy. The recipes include smoothies and juices. The ginger banana smoothie is sweet and delicious. The salads, such as the lentil and tomato quinoa salad are worthy trying. The easy Mexican rice will be a staple. Steamed sesame coconut broccoli is sweet and crunchy. Most of the recipes are pretty easy to make. . In this book, the grocery shopping guide will be helpful, as wells as the tips on listening food labels.
