If you're interested in getting super ripped as fast as possible...without steroids, good genetics or lifting a one weight (or even leave home), this audiobook will show you how an "elite" group of Russian military soldiers do it.
And you can do the same - effortlessly.
The Effortless Exercise System is based on pure science and the work of some of the biggest and toughest "bad asses" this world has ever seen. And it's so easy.... You can do most or all the exercises at home during TV commercials, if you choose.

This book is a waste
I'm really hesitant to trash a book because a lot of these authors put a lot of research into building these things. So, it takes a lot for me to give such a negative review. I was interested in a lot of things said in the beginning of this book and naturally expected there to be a PDF accompanying the audible file. Unless I'm mistaken, which I don't believe I am, there is no PDF showing anything. Second, the book is called effortless exercise. Then it mentions doing curls once an hour each day. I can get over all that, but then while I'm out walking and listening to this book, the narrator proceeds to spell website addresses. So, the dude is saying in your ear "backwards-slash, x, y, f, t. w.t.f." Like they can't just say go online and look up 'burpee' or look up 'sit up'. I thought it was ridiculous the first time I heard it, but then he kept spelling out these long URLs a bunch of times. I'm sorry, but this book was just too ridiculous. I gave up on it. I thought the narrator, himself, was alright, but others might not like the unprofessional quality where he messes up on some words and just keeps going instead of editing the narration like a serious audiobook. That part didn't bother me, but it added on to all the other stuff that just turned me off. Sorry. I did want to like this book, but it was just ridiculous from a technical and production standpoint.
