Great help

This book has started me again .Tracking is a key and treating it as info not judgement have helped get me unstuck. Good overview and analysis of what is out there.

what a kind and sensible man

i have been playing along while listening to this. I have almost effortlessly lost 10lb and am feeling chilled. Im particularly impessed with the humanity, he gets it and knows that being mean does no good. I have never appreciated a doctor more.

Very helpful

This is very interesting to listen to when you have struggled with your weight for a long time and tried all sorts of crazy and non sustainable diets in the past. Although you might not want to follow all his recommendations, some of them are very helpful.
